So how's that dollar treating you?

I think we're all aware of the global economic slowdown, but what some people may not be aware of is that when everything is tumbling whatever tumblers slowest (or just slower) does quite well. Case in point: the Japanese Yen.

Long story short, I just got a raise.

True, I have to spend my Yen in Japan, and the prices haven't changed here, but when I send home money which I have saved, then that is when I truly benefit.

So what's the point, JSA? Do you just feel like gloating, ya jerk?

The point is that I'm not coming home again. That's right; one more year.

We're going to keep it going.
